Public Sector
BBC: Data capture services for their Dovetail subscription fulfilment business. TechTrek provides a 48 hour turnaround data capture service using an onsite/offshore methodology for data capture of subscription forms including high security data. Volumes are between 1 and 2 million documents per year
WEST HAM CEMETERY: The project involved Digitisation of 100 year old records. Records / Documents were imaged by scanning. Records were mostly hand written. A total of 250,000 documents were processed. The management was also supplied with a document management solution, for automating day to day operations of the cemetery.
Finance and Accounting
V. KAPADIA AND CO.: are an accounting company. Statutory records consisting of Balance Sheets, accounting books and ledgers, Income Tax forms, lease deeds, share certificates, and a large numbers of other documents and records were processed. The most important aspect of this project was conversion into a Searchable format within PDF. A total of 150,000 records and documents were processed.
Market Research: GFK /BMG /NCBS are amongst the largest MR Companies in the world. The projects involved data capture from the MR data collected from the field. The subjects varied from Air Lines, Automobile, Council services departments and education. Data was required to be captured from different types of forms. Images were captured in our London facility and uploaded to our Servers in India. The turnaround time was less than 12 hours. Each Survey had more than 50,000 forms. This is an ongoing project.
Document Capture Bureaux: UK & IRELAND Document Scanning Bureaux: supplier invoices are typically a large proportion of the volumes converted from paper to electronic image by Document Scanning service providers. TechTrek work with these companies to provide highly accurate and cost effective data capture. The bureaux continue to scan and upload the images to the secure TechTrek data centre in the UK, the image files are then processed from the UK data centre by our Indian based data capture team under our ISO: 27001 process.
