Highlights for 2010

2010 was a good year for TechTrek, we have made a solid start towards our new business plan and expansion of services on the back of our exciting e-business platform and offshore data capture back office facility in India, from these foundations we can meet ours and our client's expectations in 2011.

The highlights for 2010 include:-

• Innovation - The launch of our services for digital archiving, e-billing, and accounts payable.
• New business - Clients including Brown Brothers, Seret, Italferr, Unipart, Leaseplan, Manchester City Football Club and Interforum.
• Proud Partners - we have a number of established partners in the UK & Ireland who have a considerable prospect base and focussed in the Publishing, Print & Mail, Document Capture, SaaS CRM and physical record storage sectors - all of these sectors can and will benefit from TechTrek services
• New Operations - We have acquired our new operations centre in Bradbourne Kent.
• B2C services - Our DMS product 'Alsedo' powers an exciting new SaaS consumer document archiving system in the USA.
• Global Reach- We have established a new partner relationship in the USA and we can feed our data centre and back office from the USA, Europe and Asia

In 2011 we are looking forward to expanding on last year's achievements in the pursuit of further growth.

• In France we have an excellent established customer base and we are tasked with making them aware of the exciting new technology services we can provide and our investment in new print and mail equipment. We have added to our sales team and look forward to their progress
• In Italy we have new business within the public sector that encompasses all points of our service delivery capability, scanning documents locally in Rome, leveraging the docharbor infrastructure in the UK and France and completing the delivery from our Indian based data capture service.
• TechTrek India has supported the development of each region and added a new sales team from which we are expecting great things in 2011.
